Aiming for a platform where professionals can realize their full potential

We work with clients who share our sense of purpose and with trusted partners to create the next form of meaningful value.

Guided by this belief, our mission is to go beyond conventional consulting and redefine what management support should look like, setting a new standard for the next era.

SHAPE Partners is a strategy professional firm that began full-scale operations in January 2023, founded by former members of leading global strategy consulting firms.

With a team that brings strong experience in B2C businesses, we focus on themes such as business strategy, marketing strategy, new business development, and organizational development across industries including consumer goods, entertainment, sports, healthcare, and media.

At the core of our culture is the principle of “Aspiration First.”

We aim to build a platform where professionals with clear aspirations can work authentically and perform at their best, staying true to what motivates them.

For those who have already developed their capabilities at other firms, we want SHAPE Partners to be a place where you can further realize your ambitions and take on greater ownership.

For those without prior consulting experience, our core team of former strategy consultants will closely support your growth until you are able to stand independently as a professional.

Through our work so far, we have gained strong confidence in the mission we set at our founding. We are now entering a phase of expanding our impact and influence.

If our aspirations resonate with you and you are interested in building the future together, we look forward to connecting with you.

Kohei Fujikuma, Representative of SHAPE Partners Co., Ltd.
