To further strengthen our commitment to the sports domain, we have established SHAPE Sports as a group company of SHAPE Partners.

As SHAPE Partners expanded its engagement in the sports domain, we decided to separate the business to better realize management support tailored to the commercial practices of Japanese sports business and to contribute to the development of sports through methods other than consulting.

Going forward, SHAPE Sports will take over sports-related consulting while also actively developing its own sports-related businesses.

Mr. Komamiya, COO of SHAPE Partners, will assume the position of CEO of SHAPE Sports. We intend to contribute to the further development of the Japanese sports community by closely coordinating with SHAPE Partners.
